Across Alliance – Another Workshop Held for Students and Staff on April 27

The University of Banja Luka (UNIBL), a partner in the Across Alliance of ten European universities supported by the EU (https://www.across-alliance.eu/), organized, within Task T1.3 Cross-border Careers for Students and Staff and as part of its career development support activities, a second pilot two-hour workshop for 15 students and teaching assistants. The workshop took place on Monday, April 27, 2026, at the CPME – Center for Project Management and Entrepreneurship of the Faculty of Economics, on the topic “Soft Skills for Successful Company Growth and Development.”

The interactive workshop was led by Bobana Bajić, a graduate psychologist and HR Manager at LPP BH, Banja Luka (https://lppbh.talentlyft.com/). This highly dynamic session focused on soft vs. transversal skills of both managers and employees across different stages of the business life cycle, from micro businesses to large companies. Participants had the opportunity to learn how to improve communication skills through the “telephone game” case study, how to behave during a job interview, and how recruitment and selection processes are conducted, from the perspective of an experienced HR manager.
