Economics and Development of National Economy

The goal of studying this subject is that students master the basics of the economic system, and to understand the importance of certain factors of development and their impact on the development of national economy. The students are also introduced to basic theoretical approaches to economic development and the basic characteristics and trends of economic development in the modern world.

| Learning Outcomes (gained knowledge): | The student gets a clear knowledge of the basic elements of the economic system and the organization of the economy and on all subsystems of the economic system: the prices system, planning system, fiscal system, foreign exchange system, monetary-credit system and a system of organizing the economy. The student will be able to analyze the role and influence of some factors on the development of national economy. |

Factors of production and factors of economic development. Basic economic theories of economic development and strategy. Priorities in the economic development of small under-developed countries.
