Prof. Dr Jelena Poljašević, a professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka, visited the University of Cádiz, Spain, from 16 to 20 March 2026 as part of a teaching mobility programme.
The mobility was carried out for the purpose of delivering lectures to students of the University of Cádiz, as well as to students who were staying at this higher education institution within the Erasmus+ exchange programme. During her stay, professor Poljašević had the opportunity to present teaching and professional content from her field of expertise and to exchange experiences with students and academic staff of the University of Cádiz.
In addition to teaching activities, the mobility also provided an opportunity to establish new academic contacts. It is particularly important that professors from Italy were also staying at the University of Cádiz during the same period, which enabled the exchange of experiences and discussions on potential future cooperation.
During her stay in Spain, professor Poljašević also took the opportunity to visit Seville and Málaga, which further contributed to the cultural dimension of the exchange and to gaining insight into the broader social and academic context of Andalusia.
Such activities represent an important contribution to the internationalisation of the teaching process, the strengthening of academic cooperation, and the exchange of knowledge and experience between the University of Banja Luka and partner institutions abroad.
