In accordance with the Law on Higher Education and the Rules of Study at I and II cycle of studies, a student who renews the year of study in the academic year 2021/2022, has the right to attend classes and take exams from the next academic year, up to the number of ECTS credits earned in the previous year of study. When choosing subjects to listen to in advance, students must take into account the subject conditionality defined by the curriculum (e.g. it is not possible to choose to Microeconomics, if the exam in Basics of Economics has not been passed), and semester conditionality (e.g. student in winter semester can listen in advance and take courses up to the number of ECTS credits that he has achieved exclusively in the winter semester of the year he is renewing - a maximum of 30).
