The SHL Foundation (Schüler Helfen Leben) with the support of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany is implementing, for the fourth time, a one-year program of the Academy for Young Leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina intended primarily for students of social sciences (young people aged 19 to 25). Among the programs are, among other things, visits to the most successful domestic and foreign companies operating in BiH, visits to the IMF office and numerous government institutions, but also a two-month paid internship in organizations or companies chosen by the participants.
