The Faculty of Economics of the University of Banja Luka, in partnership with the University of Ancona, is organizing the ninth international scientific conference, entitled Researching Economic Development and Entrepreneurship in Transition Economies REDETE 2022 (www.redete.org). The conference will be held from September 15 to 16, 2022 in Ancona, at the Faculty of Economics (Piazzale R. Martelli 8). The opening is scheduled for September 15, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.
Our intention is to attract as many renowned participants from abroad as possible, on the basis of which the conference and business meetings will be of great importance, not only for our Faculty and the University as a whole, but also for the wider social community. The previous REDETE 2021 Conference gathered around 90 participants from about 15 countries in the Balkans, the EU and beyond, as well as representatives of numerous domestic and foreign companies. We will try to make this year’s conference even more successful than the previous one.
The economic mission Republika Srpska - Italy is organized in cooperation with the Development Agency of Republika Srpska, within the activities of the European Entrepreneurship Network (http://een.ec.europa.eu), the largest network for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the world, and the University of Banja Luka (http://www.eunors.org) is a member of the consortium of the European Entrepreneurship Network of Republika Srpska (EUNORS). The goal of the European Network of Entrepreneurship is, among other things, to strengthen the innovative capacities of SMEs and help them enter foreign markets, and the opportunities provided by this mechanism for supporting the economy will be presented within the planned event. The economic mission will create conditions for small and medium-sized companies from Republika Srpska to find business partners abroad, exchange ideas and projects, and establish partnership agreements with Italian entities.
Also, the conference in this form is an opportunity for meetings between the scientific and business communities with the aim of establishing mutual cooperation.
